Vancouver Urban Ministries provides free one-on-one specialized tutoring to children struggling with learning difficulties (Dyslexia, ADHD, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, etc.) in the poorest neighborhoods of Vancouver. The aim of Vancouver Urban Ministries is to help elementary age children catch up to grade level in literacy and math before they enter Secondary School
Bio
David Innes has been Executive Director of Vancouver Urban Ministries since November 2016. David comes from a background in Banking and Leadership in various Churches and, laterally, as Pastor of a large Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Facility in the UK.
