The Rotary Learning Center within My Rotary contains a number of E-Learning courses that are applicable for use at a District, Club and individual Rotarian level.  District 5040 is undertaking an initiative to optimize the knowledge and use of these E-Learning courses.  District and Club leaders are encouraged to promote the use of the E-Learning courses that fall within their area of responsibility.  There is much information to share:

Accessing the Rotary Learning Center

The Rotary Learning center is part of Rotary International's My Rotary site and you must logon to Rotary International in order to access the courses. Unfortunately it can be a little difficult to find and access the Leaning Center. To assist here are some detailed instructions.

Recommended Courses

The E-Learning center has many courses. To make the best use of your time the District 5040 Learning and Development committee has completed an extensive review of the E-Learning Courses and has developed a set of recommended courses. The lists have been tailored for the most common Rotary roles within the District.  You are able to focus on the material which is most important for you,
District 5040 is committed to providing Rotarians with a complete and comprehensive Rotary education.  That education comes in many forms from Mentorship, to Conference attendance, to Club and District assembly attendance, to experience over time and to the taking of topical courses.  Courses, historically, have been live, face to face in nature; but developing technology has allowed ever increasing availability of self-learning online E-Learning courses. We trust that you share this vision and we encourage you to take a few courses!
