Conference Co-chairs Nancy Eidsvik and Gordon Dalglish invite you to join our Rotary International President’s Representative PDG Mark Starratt and Jennifer (Calgary, District 5360) for these days of Celebration! District Governor Hans Doge and the Conference committee will be on hand throughout to offer any help you may want. Come to River Rock and Celebrate D5040’s SERVICE to the World!

The River Rock Conference Centre will be the location for the "Spotlight on Service", which will include feature presentations from selected club projects as well as displays from District Programs and our partners in Service. These include:


Creative Embroidery - all you need for kitting yourself and your members out in Rotary-licensed apparel;
The Rotary World Help Network - BC's home-grown humanitarian project, successful in sending over $100 million worth of supplies worldwide;
100 years of Rotary in BC - a signature project of the Rotary Club of Vancouver for it's centennial in 2013;
Shelterbox - now an official RI Partner in Early Response for disasters around the Globe;
The Wheelchair Foundation - giving mobility to those who are physically challenged;
New Generations - our latest Avenue of Service - Youth Exchange, RYLA, Interact, Rotaract
CRCID and TRF Future Visions -  latest developments in matching grants for your projects
Shearwater Resources and iCareauctions - two of our District Sponsors

These display areas will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, together with the featured Project Showcase presentations as shown below. Drop in anytime and browse their contributions to our "World of Service".
