The River Rock Casino and Resort is an exciting location – which the District has found to be an extremely popular location for our Conference. With a State-of-the-Art show theatre, Function rooms and a separate Conference centre, it is conveniently situated in Richmond, BC. The Resort has direct access from the hotel’s on-site Skytrain station to Vancouver Airport as well as downtown Richmond and downtown Vancouver. There is ample parking – free in the casino parkade, and only $2.50 per day in the Hotel parkade. (map)

Cut off date for these discounted rates is 8th April 2012. After that date, the discounted rate cannot be guaranteed.
The special discounted rates for Conference guests are as follows (excluding tax):
Hotel Room – 2 Queen beds: $129.00
Hotel Suite – sitting area plus 1 double bedroom: $159.00
Hotel Suite – sitting area plus 2 double bedrooms: $229.00
For those arriving earlier, or leaving later, these rates have been extended by 3 days prior, or following, the above Conference dates. The number of rooms at this Group Rate is limited – you are advised to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
