  • Promotes the formation of university or community based Rotaract clubs.
  • Provides assistance, training, and counsel to Rotaract clubs.
  • Facilitates and inspires young adults ages 18 - 30 to undertake fellowship and service activities, and to develop leadership skills.
  • Promotes cooperation between Rotaract and Rotary clubs, and appoints the liaison between the Rotaract club and its sponsoring Rotary club.
  • Encourages and motivates Rotaract clubs to achieve the Rotaract Presidential Citation.
  • Promotes World Rotaract Week - the week in March.
