District Administration

The district 5040 administrative committees control and manage the affairs of the District, assists the District Governor, the District Governor Elect and the District Governor Nominee in all aspects of District Administration.

The District Governor is an officer of Rotary International and is directly responsible for the administration of the District. The Governor is an ex-officio member of all committees in District 5040.

The district administration is also regulated by the terms of incorporation of Rotary International District 5040 Inc.
