Event Fee:
- until 31st December 2012: $275
- 1st January to 31st March 2013: $325
- 1st April to 14th May 2013: $350 
- 15th May: Registration closed 

Cancellation policy:
    - An administrative fee of $35.00 will be charged on registrations cancelled on or before March 31, 2013.
    - An administrative fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged on all registrations cancelled between April 1, 2013 and April 30, 2013.
    - After April 30, 2013 no reimbursement of cancelled registration will be made due to contractual arrangements with venues and caterers.
