Rotary club Presidents Elect in District 5040, and some in our neighbouring Districts, and District 5040 Secretaries and Treasurers, you have likely pre-registered for the Club Leaders Forum. You are now invited to register and confirm that you plan to join your peers to learn from each other and mentor others in preparing for the 2026-27 Rotary year, at our own District 5040 Club Leaders Forum. The Club Leaders Forum -- our own version of the Presidents Elect Learning Seminar -- includes learning not only for PEs but for other club leaders on the leadership team, Secretaries and Treasurers, all in forums, not lectures, led by seasoned facilitators over a day and a half.

Club Presidents Elect and continuing or new Club Secretaries and Treasurers,
you are invited to learn from each other and subject experts in facilitated discussions at
Rotary District 5040's

Club Leaders' Forum

...our own Presidents Elect Learning Seminar (PELS),
but much more for those three club leadership team members.

We are meeting at the world class, accredited conference facility
Simon Fraser University's Morris J Wosk Centre for Dialogue in Vancouver,
the only known facility in North America that is purpose-built for convening dialogue
and has been home to many prominent local and international gatherings.

Our focus is on facilitated discussion and learning from each other,
not lectures and instruction.

Please bring your laptops or tablets for
any of the hands on demonstrations
(don't forget your power cable).

There will no event name badges so bring yours for your club
to help with networking among ourselves for learning and fellowship.

For its members, Rotary District 5040 is providing free registration for use of the facility,
Saturday, March 7th lunch and dinner that evening and, for members outside the Lower Mainland,
hotel accommodation. Breakfasts on March 7th and breakfasts and
lunch on March 8th are at the member's expense. Guests of members will be required
to pay for meals and events they are attending.

Travel cost for out-of-town participants is
at their club or their own expense, but a club can apply for "hardship" travel expense
support to send one of its members.

Presidents Elect from neighbouring Districts, who may register, will be paying
for a total of the various Club Leader Forum fees -- perhaps supported by
their clubs or Districts -- which District 5040 is providing to its own members at no cost.
