World famous Adobo -- chicken meat marinated in briny mixture of spices, vinegar and soy sauce, slowly browned and simmered in its marinade – is one of the tasty dishes featured at the Filipino dinner which is an option at the Rotary District 5040 2020 Vision Conference April 24 to 26, 2020 in Vancouver.

The talented chefs at Showcase Restaurant and Bar of Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel, across the street from the conference hotel, will also be serving the sour and savory taste of the Filipino soup, called Sinigang, and other Filipino dishes, and desserts such as mango mousse cake and leche flan (crème caramel flan).

Festive colors will provide a Filipino “fiesta” experience as singers entertain during the evening. Rotary Club of Vancouver Mountainview promises a good time, delicious Filipino food and great Rotary fellowship.
