Wednesday, February 28 - Rotary Club of Richmond presents Paul Harris Awards -  It was an honour to join the Rotary Club of Richmond today at their lunch meeting to help with the presentation of Paul Harris Fellowships to three community leaders, and to also induct another new member.

There was a good turnout today, as the club awarded the Paul Harris Fellowships:
- to Wayne Duzita for his outstanding community leadership over many years
- to Paul Hui for his support to the Rotary BC Wildfire Fund - Mr Hui donated a warehouse of rattan furniture for charitable sale with proceeds going to the fund, with he and his family personally assisting
- to Mr. Lu Lu who was the person behind the wonderful Thousand Hands charity show and a subsequent $10,000 donation to Polio Eradication

Your governor also had the privilege of inducting the club's newest member - Ibrahim Elburai.  With Ibraham now inducted, this brings the club's membership total to 27 - an amazing growth since the club made its decision to turn around a couple of years ago - when it was down to just 8 members.
