Rotary World Peace Fellow Committee Chair

The District Rotary World Peace Fellow Committee chair and committee is responsible for selecting a candidate (or candidates) who meet the selection criteria established by The Rotary Foundation.

The committee coordinates the selection of scholars, encourages clubs to nominate candidates and coordinates outgoing scholar orientation.  The committee encourages clubs to invite returning scholars to their club as speakers and arranges for returned scholars to attend appropriate district events.

The committee is also responsible for promoting the Rotary World Peace Fellows program in the district and to encourage Rotarians to donate to the program in the form of endowments to ensure the future of the program.
