Our Year Ahead 2020-21 sessions will now be presented as six webinars aimed at all members of District 5040, incoming club officers, committee members, new Rotarians, even potential members.

The series replaces the in-person sessions planned earlier for different centres of the District because of the COVID-19 threat. Here is information about Webinar #1 in the series.

See below for information about the remaining five webinars and how to register for them. We think you, and your club, will benefit from all the webinars and look forward to working with you in learning about the coming Rotary year.

Holger Knaack, Dave Hamilton, Keith Dinwoodie

Our incoming President of Rotary International, Holger Knaack, of the Rotary Club of Herzogtum Lauenburg-Mölln, Germany, is excited, yet a little nervous, about taking over the reigns of our global organization. So am I, as your District Governor for District 5040 in 2020-21.

Join me and District Trainer, Keith Dinwoodie, for the first in a series of Our Year Ahead 2020-21 webinars to hear our President’s message, a bit about him, how he came up with his theme -- Rotary Opens Opportunities -- and what it means to him.

Then learn about Rotary’s new change model that will help you, as Rotary member or club leader, as you make the changes needed to move forward and continue to keep Rotary relevant in the world today.

Registrants will receive some information on the Making Change session including case studies ahead of the session, and will be asked to provide responses and solutions to be presented at Session #2.
