Shelter Box May 2nd Presentation by CEO Tom Henderson

We would like to extend a very big Thank you from all of the members of The Rotary Club of Vancouver to Christopher Loat for organizing The Shelterbox Event, and to District Governor Hans for accepting our invitation and for giving strong support when thanking Tom Henderson last Wednesday, May 2nd 2012 at The Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver BC Canada.
We would also like to acknowledge the following groups and individuals who
were recognised for their wonderful support of Rotary International's
Shelterbox
It was an excellent dinner served by the wonderful and friendly staff and management of The Four Season's Hotel in Vancouver BC.
The presentation by Tom Henderson, founder of Shelter Box, was as inspirational as it was moving and educational.
Thank you, Tom and Shelterbox, you are a great example of what it means to be a Rotarian.
Thank you all, for an excellent evening of Fellowship and Service before Self.
Tiana and Julian Harder from Collingwood Elementary School for embracing ShelterBox and organising fundraisers . The Rockridge Interact Club for their World Food Simulation Fund Raiser and the onation of $2,000 to ShelterBox Kathya Bustamante, Fund raising Director and Jonathan Damonte from the Prem Rawat Foundation for their support of ShelterBox The Rotary Club of Tsawwassen for their donation over the years of 67 boxes.
