Congratulation to Rotarians from Vancouver Quadra, they were honored with Paul Harris Fellow for the exceptional work they did.

Vancouver Quadra Rotarians Rupinder Khotar, Collen Newland, Debbie Protz and Gina Chapman received Paul Harris Fellow Awards.  They go to Uganda each year for 3 weeks to provide hearing care , training and surgery in Kampala, and in rural areas. Several more health care workers from St Pauls Hospital and other local hospitals have been conducting this work for over 10 years. The project work was started by Dr Irwin Stewart of New West Royal City. There can be no higher recognition than to honour the Vancouver Quadra members for their selfless work in Uganda. Service Above Self at its best.
