Three very successful Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) seminars were held in Burnaby on Saturday, January 26 2013. There were 50 participants and 9 discussion leaders participating in the Part 1, 2 and 3 seminars.  The participants came from Williams Lake, Metro Vancouver, Sunshine Coast, Terrace, Whistler and Squamish and one Rotaract club.

Discussion and debate focused on a wide variety of topics including leadership attributes in Rotary clubs, The Rotary Foundation, strategic planning, ethics, team building, membership and public relations.

The consensus and comments on the evaluations rated the three sessions very highly.
