Monday, November 27 -  Hard to believe, but this is our final official DG Club Visit.   The Rotary Club of North Vancouver welcomes us at the home of one of their members, and we have a delightful evening indeed with this small but growing club - it is a pleasure to induct two new members, Aimee Sehwoerer and James Mitchell during our visit.   President Neil Creighton presides over the meeting of this club, which was chartered back in 1951.

This club is very active in the community, and has a goal to hold one 'hands on' project each month.   One of the more innovative is their "Random Acts of Kindness" where they put up a tent, bring coffee, and offer free coffee to commuters as they change buses at the Phibbs Exchange in North Vancouver - sure gets many early morning smiles going!   They are also active in Operation Red Nose on the North Shore.

In other areas of service, the club supports the Carson Graham Secondary School Interact Club,  and participates with other clubs in a water project in Kenya.   A major goal for the club now is to establish a new signature fundraiser and they are working actively towards this goal.
